He's a glutton for disaster. See him coming, coming from a mile away. Just another fucking bastard waiting for the world to turn. High on the smell of his own bullshit he preys on the weak with everything he says. A pompous waste of fucking breath. A tired routine of prejudice. Bleeding out on the side from a self-inflicted wound. I'll never fall for a single thing you do.
You know it's all a lie.
Wasting time on toxic thoughts like social standing hierarchies, obedience to social norms and what makes you better than them. I could never stand on the side of a man who puts people down to get ahead. You're no punk rock Jesus Christ. Your eyes are fucking dead. You had the power to make a change but you threw it all away. Now you can only hide behind the hollow things you say.
You know it's all a lie.

We've all been murdered many times before by drunken thieves and fabrications about what life is worth and what happens when we fall. Wasted days and sleepless nights filled with thoughts of lost ambitions. Complacency and apathy destroys us all.
Waiting and waiting and waiting for some kind of sign that things are going to get better, that we're not just in decline, that people are still people and that everything will be fine. It's just gonna take some time. It's just gonna take some time.
Hey
Everything will be alright. Everything will be okay. Everything will be alright. I promise, I promise, I promise.
Everything will be okay. Everything will be alright. Everything will be okay. Just try to hold on.

She's got nothing to do. She's got nothing to prove. She's got nowhere to go.
She's got nothing to use. She's got nothing lose. She's got nowhere to go.
She's all alone.

I had all of the answers. It fell apart. All of the reason but not the heart. I stepped aside at the last stand. I never thought that it could be this way. All of my patience has gone away. You left me here once again.
I was reading from this little book but the pages are falling apart. I wanted to help write the story but I don't seem to fit the part. This little fairy tale was doomed from the start.
One more time I can get it right. I know, I can try.
One more time I can get it right. I know, I can try.

What's the problem with your life? Always over-thinking on your strife. Every day is a repeat of the past. Turn yourself around, it won't last.
I've got a solution and it goes.
Take one down and pass it around and feel the sun and hear the sound of running free and screaming loud across the way. Take the step and down the road and understand that this is home and no one can ever take that away from you.
I never thought I'd see the day when you'd turn and give it all away. I can seem to find the light that I used to find in your eyes.
